Job Responsibilities

• Administration of sub-contracts, budgeting, measurement, payments, variations and final accounts
• With pricing skill and practical experience in tender process
• Occasional travel to China

Job requirements

• Diploma/High certificate in Quantity Surveyor or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience in fitting out contractors 
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Less experience will be considerate as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
